Three Bears ("the studio", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, where it is stored and what your rights are. It is governed by the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations.
Who we are

What we collect
- What you give us in the contact form: name, company, email, phone and the topics you tick. Filling it in is optional, but without it we can't get back to you.
- Technical data: our hosting provider automatically logs technical details such as IP address, browser type and time of access, to operate and secure the site.
- Statistical browsing data — only if you accept: which pages you viewed, for how long, where you came from, device type and approximate location (city/country). It is collected with Google Analytics and doesn't identify you by name.
How we use it
- To get back to you, handle your inquiry and offer the services you asked about.
- To run, secure and improve the site.
- If you accept — to understand how many people visit and what interests them, and improve the site accordingly.
- We won't send you marketing messages without your explicit consent, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Inquiries are stored in a secured database (Neon) on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., and media files are kept in Vercel's storage. These providers process the information on our behalf only. If you accept statistics cookies, browsing data is also sent to Google LLC (Google Analytics), which may process it on servers outside Israel under its own privacy policy. We never sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it with third parties unless the law requires it.
Cookies and browser storage
On your first visit a notice lets you choose:
- Accept — the site loads Google Analytics, which stores cookies (such as _ga) in your browser for statistics, for up to two years.
- Essential only — Google Analytics isn't loaded and no statistics cookies are stored.
Your choice is kept in your browser so we don't ask again. You can change it at any time: cookie settings. The site uses no advertising cookies or social-media pixels.
The accessibility button keeps the display preferences you pick in it, such as text size and contrast, in your browser. A login cookie exists only in the admin panel, for the studio team.
The site links to Instagram and Facebook. Once you go there, their own privacy policies apply.
How long we keep it
Inquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for our business relationship with you, or as required by law, and are then deleted.
Security
Traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS) and access to inquiries is limited to the studio team. Still, no security method is completely bulletproof.
Your rights
You may review the information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact: info@3bears.co.il. We'll respond within 30 days.
Minors
The site is intended for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
